do not EVER buy a car from Daytona Auto Mall CHRYSLER/Dodge/Jeep dealership... We bought a BRAND NEW car so we wouldn't have any issues... less than 9 months later, the car RATTLES... we took it in to the dealership 10 days ago. The service dept. keeps refusing to return our calls. Finally they called to say they found the problem and ordered the part.. After repeated, repeated, repeated calls, and speaking to the manager, they finally admitted the part is on back order.. I have Dr appointments I have been scrounging rides to get to... NOT ACCEPTABLE.

I have to say, my husband and I had been looking around for quite a bit at different jeep gladiators and the packages they came with. I was becoming overwhelmed and a little anxious, because I had very specific things I liked in different models, but couldn’t find one that had all I wanted. When we pulled in at Daytona Auto Mall and we were greeted by Craig, I had immediate peace with his kind presence and knew Craig could help me. His demeanor, patience, friendliness, and NON PUSHY Salesman attitude was exactly what I needed. He listened to my desires for the perfect truck, cared about all the little things I was saying, and showed me several trucks that fit my description. He never made me feel like I had to buy a truck unless I was getting exactly what I wanted , instead he listened and even looked up trucks they didn’t have on the lot to try and accommodate every request I had for my dream truck. I found a gladiator Willy’s addition I loved, but didn’t have floor boards, so he had them put on for me. He took his time with me to set up my Bluetooth to the truck, went over all the details of my truck so I would be knowledgeable of it, and even noticed at closing I had a disabled veterans tag on my car and last minute changed the paperwork to give me the veterans discount (and I didn’t even ask for it, because I didn’t know it was even offered!) I was very pleased with my experience with Craig and the staff at Daytona Auto Mall, and would highly recommend anyone to have Craig help them find their dream jeep! Thanks again Craig, you truly made this experience a great one, I know you spent A lOT of time with me and I really appreciated that! I LOVE my beautiful new jeep gladiator!

My vehicle went in for repair late March, it was three
My vehicle went in for repair late March, it was three weeks before it was looked at and I was told I had an issue with my transmission and the needed part would not be available until 2026. My vehicle had been in for service multiple times for the transmission in the past couple of years and I was told there was no problem. I had to purchase a new vehicle (unfortunately from them). The brand-new vehicle had minor scratches that could not be seen at night. I brought the vehicle back in the next day. I was told to bring it in to have the scratches buffed out. I spent a morning at the dealership, and it could not be done. I was told to bring the vehicle back in for a full day and the vehicle was not completed. I was given on old vehicle with over 230,000 miles for what was supposed to be just the weekend. On Monday no one called me, I tried several times to contact the service department to finally be informed that my brand-new vehicle was in the paint shop being repainted. Their service department has the worse customer service I have ever seen. They refuse to call you back or tell you what is happening with your vehicle. The first time I contacted the news. My salesperson Chris Stephenson was extremely helpful, and it was a pleasure to work with him, he gets five stars.

I have to say, my husband and I had been looking around for quite a bit at different jeep gladiators and the packages they came with. I was becoming overwhelmed and a little anxious, because I had very specific things I liked in different models, but couldn’t find one that had all I wanted. When we pulled in at Daytona Auto Mall and we were greeted by Craig, I had immediate peace with his kind presence and knew Craig could help me. His demeanor, patience, friendliness, and NON PUSHY Salesman attitude was exactly what I needed. He listened to my desires for the perfect truck, cared about all the little things I was saying, and showed me several trucks that fit my description. He never made me feel like I had to buy a truck unless I was getting exactly what I wanted , instead he listened and even looked up trucks they didn’t have on the lot to try and accommodate every request I had for my dream truck. I found a gladiator Willy’s addition I loved, but didn’t have floor boards, so he had them put on for me. He took his time with me to set up my Bluetooth to the truck, went over all the details of my truck so I would be knowledgeable of it, and even noticed at closing I had a disabled veterans tag on my car and last minute changed the paperwork to give me the veterans discount (and I didn’t even ask for it, because I didn’t know it was even offered!) I was very pleased with my experience with Craig and the staff at Daytona Auto Mall, and would highly recommend anyone to have Craig help them find their dream jeep! Thanks again Craig, you truly made this experience a great one, I know you spent A lOT of time with me and I really appreciated that! I LOVE my beautiful new jeep gladiator!

I bought a 2022 dodge ram , and a week later the driver
I bought a 2022 dodge ram , and a week later the driver side visor fell down. whoever had it before me put tape around the pin that holds it in and pushed it back up in the hole. I went back in for the repair and they charged me for the repair ???? I had a 9000.00 -4 year extended warranty. I will never shop here again. I was lied to and misled about the extended warranty.The lady in finance department said there would be no deductable but i got my paperwork and it had 250.00 deductable. I will never refer them to any one.DONT SHOP HEAR
