Power and Efficiency
The 2019 RAM 1500 comes with new engine options, providing Ormond drivers with more options for improving their commute. While the 2019 RAM will still feature the 3.6 L powerplant engine as standard and offer the 5.7 L v8 engine as an upgrade, the new RAM 1500 will also incorporate the Fiat Chrysler eTorque system, which takes advantage of its motor/generator instead of an alternator to charge a 48-volt lithium-ion battery pack. Other performance upgrades include start/stop and regenerative braking to provide additional torque.
Updated Styling Inside and Out
In addition to updated performance, the 2018 RAM 1500 is getting a facelift and improved technology features. The new RAM grille not only looks different but also comes with available active grille shutters for improved airflow. Off-road enthusiasts will appreciate the off-road package, which delivers a higher suspension lift for tackling rugged Daytona terrain.
On the inside, updated include:
- Front bucket seat bolsters
- Available 12-inch color touchscreen
- Increased passenger space with the Crew Cab models
- Optional heated and cooled front seats
- Optional panoramic sunroof
