My vehicle went in for repair late March, it was three
My vehicle went in for repair late March, it was three weeks before it was looked at and I was told I had an issue with my transmission and the needed part would not be available until 2026. My vehicle had been in for service multiple times for the transmission in the past couple of years and I was told there was no problem. I had to purchase a new vehicle (unfortunately from them). The brand-new vehicle had minor scratches that could not be seen at night. I brought the vehicle back in the next day. I was told to bring it in to have the scratches buffed out. I spent a morning at the dealership, and it could not be done. I was told to bring the vehicle back in for a full day and the vehicle was not completed. I was given on old vehicle with over 230,000 miles for what was supposed to be just the weekend. On Monday no one called me, I tried several times to contact the service department to finally be informed that my brand-new vehicle was in the paint shop being repainted. Their service department has the worse customer service I have ever seen. They refuse to call you back or tell you what is happening with your vehicle. The first time I contacted the news. My salesperson Chris Stephenson was extremely helpful, and it was a pleasure to work with him, he gets five stars.

do not EVER buy a car from Daytona Auto Mall CHRYSLER/Dodge/Jeep dealership... We bought a BRAND NEW car so we wouldn't have any issues... less than 9 months later, the car RATTLES... we took it in to the dealership 10 days ago. The service dept. keeps refusing to return our calls. Finally they called to say they found the problem and ordered the part.. After repeated, repeated, repeated calls, and speaking to the manager, they finally admitted the part is on back order.. I have Dr appointments I have been scrounging rides to get to... NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Randy Dye has a great team at Daytona Dodge. Joshua Riegler and Tim Rodewald made our second new car purchase from Daytona just a great as our first. I had reached out through Cars.com to about a half dozen dealers in central Florida in our search for our next vehicle. Some of these other dealers had crazy add ons, others went up in price rather than negotiating, one never responded at all. The team at Daytona Dodge were upfront, worked with us to get us the right price for the right vehicle with no pressure or games. We negotiated the price through text and email and they had the van ready for us to check out when we arrived. Everything was exactly as they said it would be. It did take a little longer than we expected to fill out all the forms, but we are happy with our purchase and look forward to seeing them in the future for service. The last van we bought new from them lasted over 12 years and more than 200,000 miles so we trust them to help us take care of our new one.
