do not EVER buy a car from Daytona Auto Mall CHRYSLER/Dodge/Jeep dealership... We bought a BRAND NEW car so we wouldn't have any issues... less than 9 months later, the car RATTLES... we took it in to the dealership 10 days ago. The service dept. keeps refusing to return our calls. Finally they called to say they found the problem and ordered the part.. After repeated, repeated, repeated calls, and speaking to the manager, they finally admitted the part is on back order.. I have Dr appointments I have been scrounging rides to get to... NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Bought my 2022 dodge badlander from the best salesman ever! Chris Stevenson went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my truck before we closed the deal! Heck he even comes to check on how everything is going with the truck when I bring it in for service and if he can help with anything!

Our Ram truck gave us a message that it was going to shut down on us as we were traveling down Route 95, so we stopped in at this dealership and they took us right in and took care of us so that we were able to get to our destination 125 miles further. I brought in my 2011 Ram 1500 that has 325,000 miles for service. Truck has been excellent but had developed several issues over time that needed attention. Ask the service writer Paul Swartout to please keep it running. He went to work and ordered the need parts to get me back on the road. All the work was completed and several other issues were addressed. My truck is back on the road and ready for more miles. A big THANKS to Paul and the different mechanics that worked on my truck!!
When buying a vehicle the staff is very attentive, however after purchasing the service that one receives is sorely lacking. The service department is terrible on many levels. I would not be able to recommend this dealership based on the disappointing service department.
