Finally was able to leave a lengthy letter about our woes with our Pacifica with Nikki, who read it carefully and promised to look into it. This is the 3rd time we have communicated this information, complete with several dated addendums, so we are hopeful that something will finally be addressed - we have sent similar information to Chrysler Corporate.

Everything was fine. Did not have the part I needed in stock which is a wheel seal and will take three weeks to get. Loaner car is questionable.

Had the transmission of my new Jeep Wrangler Sahara replaced. The dealer and work were fine. It took Chrysler almost a month to get the parts authorized and shipped. That is unacceptable. Chrysler ought to be ashamed of its poor service to loyal customers. I doubt that I will buy another Jeep because of this.

I was very concerned because low air pressure warning showed for one of the tires on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I got to the dealership they quickly discovered a nail in the tire. I was reassured they could fix it. They took great care of me and the problem was resolved. Everyone was helpful and very efficient.

I purchased new tires for my van which are really nice ... it didn't take long for them to be installed. Paul, Service Mgr., was very accommodating to my comfort and he even retrieved my reading glasses in the van as i had forgotten them! On the way home I went through the car wash and as I did, the Engine light came on. 🙁 I sent my van back to the Service Dept. and they hooked my van up to the Diagnose Machine. All is well. Possibly a wire got wet or jarred ... in any event, everything is great.
My 2019 Ram 1500 had the typical fuel filling issue. Needed a complete new gas tank. Was supposed to be $2000+ ! Yikes! Truck only had 26k on it. My Service Rep Paul worked with Chrysler and they covered it under warranty.

The process from beginning to end was simple. I called the dealership after receiving and email offering a swap of used vehicke for new with better intrrrst rate and full warranty. The sales professional explained everything in detail a d then pulled up my information in their system, giving me some preliminary information. I then filled out a credit application after receiving a follow-up e-mail. The day of my appointment was just as smooth with a positive ending.

Daytona Dodge gave me a better trade-in value than what I thought my vehicle was worth and had the new vehicle ready for me to inspect when I arrived the next day. New to Florida and this was our first time at Daytona dealership. Called to make appointment and representative was very nice and accommodating and was able to get in pretty quickly. Arrived for appt at the express lane and car was taken in and serviced . Total time waiting was about 1/2hour. Very pleased with the customer services and speed of service and the mechanic who worked on the car.

I had an 11am service appointment, I arrived a few minutes early and my service rep was waiting, had all the paperwork done. Handed her my keys and waiting in the customer lounge. Less than an hour later my service was completed. Could not have been any easier.
