do not EVER buy a car from Daytona Auto Mall CHRYSLER/Dodge/Jeep dealership... We bought a BRAND NEW car so we wouldn't have any issues... less than 9 months later, the car RATTLES... we took it in to the dealership 10 days ago. The service dept. keeps refusing to return our calls. Finally they called to say they found the problem and ordered the part.. After repeated, repeated, repeated calls, and speaking to the manager, they finally admitted the part is on back order.. I have Dr appointments I have been scrounging rides to get to... NOT ACCEPTABLE.

I brought in my 2011 Ram 1500 that has 325,000 miles for service. Truck has been excellent but had developed several issues over time that needed attention. Ask the service writer Paul Swartout to please keep it running. He went to work and ordered the need parts to get me back on the road. All the work was completed and several other issues were addressed. My truck is back on the road and ready for more miles. A big THANKS to Paul and the different mechanics that worked on my truck!!
When buying a vehicle the staff is very attentive, however after purchasing the service that one receives is sorely lacking. The service department is terrible on many levels. I would not be able to recommend this dealership based on the disappointing service department.

It was a nightmare dealing with the service department. I've bought two new trucks from the dealership and I'm about to buy a new truck. Not from Daytona Dodge. It took them 7 days to replace a fuel pump. Oh, I got the standard b.s. It takes 5 to 7 days to get the fuel pump, we are short handed, etc. etc. Stay clear from Daytona Dodge.

One start because you can't leave 0 stars! By far the WORST service department on the planet. The lies...the refusal to honor a warranty...the length of time they have the vehicle versus actually working on it. Leaving parts off and not tightening the screws on parts they put back on. By far the worst to deal with, no return phone calls, and could care less about their customers. The place should be shut down!

I brought my Jeep in for warranty covered service to replace a failed fuel pump, and injectors; the second of two recalls for the fuel pump on the Diesel. The customer service there is beyond excellent. Alana was attentive and stayed in communication with me throughout the process. Unbeknownst to me, I placed a call to her on her day off, not only did she take my call, but she even went into the dealership to resend the information about my service visit that my ISP clearly blocked for some reason. Like any dealership however, the parts and overall cost of service is astronomical.

This has been the worst experience I've had with a dealership. I needed service done to my Jeep for two separate concerning issues, and Daytona Dodge has done my service in the past with no issue, which is why I did not hesitate to come back. 1. We purchased a supposedly top of the line vehicle that came with no floor mats. It was used but a year old with 8k miles on it. I expressed my disappointment with both the salesman and General Manager with both telling me they would work on it and 10 days later no word from either one. 2. 3.5 hours sitting in the lobby after agreeing to purchase the vehicle seemed a bit long for the amount of people in the dealership.
They cheated me out of about $4000. The owner lied. It did not give me what I paid for.
Dealership scheduled the appointment and tech arrived at my home and serviced my ram rebel in the driveway. Professional service at home , can’t beat that.
Outstanding service the service man was very helpful he helped me with my wheel chair and was very knowledgeable about my Durango.

They were very professional at the express oil change. A little longer than I anticipated. But other than the time everything went well. They also rotated the tires but didn't check the psi. Returned to have the correct air pressure adjusted. As far as dealerships go They are topnotch.

My vehicle went in for repair late March, it was three weeks before it was looked at and I was told I had an issue with my transmission and the needed part would not be available until 2026. From the time I arrived for my scheduled appt, I was greeted, directed to my service writer and made to feel important. I can’t say enough about Paul and the efficiency of his process to get my car serviced. He’s attentive and listened carefully to the description of the problems I was experiencing. Did not properly check system after repair. Problem not resolved. Had to come back to garage for further repairs. Bill was exceptionally high . Should have cured the problem on first visit. I am not satisfied with work performance and the exorbitant cost of the repairs to say the least.

I had all 3 of my Jeep Wave services done here. I had to leave it the first 2 and it took all day for an oil change and a tire rotation. This last one I made an appointment for 10:00 and told them i needed to wait for it. They finally started working on it at 12:30 and I was out at 1:30. I was never offered anything (coffee, water, etc.). 2 previous service visits, under warranty, for what I said was a bad battery resulted in me being told I just didn't drive it enough. I replaced the both batteries and problem solved.
Very poor customer service from the service department. I brought my Jeep in on a Tuesday for what I thought was a flat tire sound and feel but no loss of air pressure. I didn’t hear anything from them so I called on Thursday left a message still no response. Called on Friday still no response so I went there and was told it hadn’t been looked at yet. This will be the 3rd Dodge Durango I have purchased at this location and every time its seamless. I have seen Durango's at other dealership and when the run around games begin I leave and always end up back in Daytona Dodge. Every time I have purchase it was to level up. Reasonable experience. Nothing out of the ordinary, but nothing extraordinary either. Price for full synthetic oil and filter change was not outrageous, but they did do away with the 2 pack of synthetic oil changes for $110, which is a bummer.
